WORKOUT OF THE DAY

This class is a "CrossFit" INSPIRED session. With a high focus on mobility, muscle activation and warming up for the first 15mins. Into a high endurance block combing both strength and body weight exercises with no little to no rest for 20mins. This class encourages you to push yourself to the limits and will leave you feeling adrenalised!
