How do I book in for a class?

We're so pumped you want to book a class with us girl! You can book a class via our 'classes' tab. But we reccommend you download our Luce Fit app and create an account, this will help you easily view and manage your schedule.

What is your class cancellation policy?

We require 8 hours notice if you wish to cancel a class. If you cancel out of a fully booked & waitlisted class with less than 8 houra notice or 'no show' causing others to miss out you may be subject to a fee of $10.

What type of memberships do you have?

Check out or memberships here, or download our Luce Fit app and browse in our 'memberships' and ' buycredits' section.

Is there a lock in contract on memberships?

No babe! You can cancel at anytime, see our cancellation policy below.

What is your membership cancellation policy?

For all weekly autopay memberships we require 14 days cancellation notice. For all monthly autopay memberships we require 30 days cancellation notice. If you are pregnant and on a monthly membership we will waive the 30 day period and ask that you provide us with 14 days notice instead. Please email admin@lucefitaustralia.com to request a cancellation form and once the form has been completed your cancellation process will begin. Please note, cnacelletions override suspensions and you may not change your membership during this time.

Can I suspend my membership?

Yes gal! Hello vacays and cocktails! All memberships have a total of 8 weeks suspension to use within a 12 month period. Please email admin@lucefitaustralia.com to request a suspension form. Please note we need 7 days notice to process all suspensions. 

Are the classes suitable for beginners?

For sure! All of our classes are suitable for beginners. With a high focus on moving safely in all group classes our expert trainers will always assist you with any modifications or any extra support you may need. We all have to start somewhere :) 

I have an injury or a previous injury, will the classes still be okay for me to attend?

Yes, we'd love to help you stay active and feeling good if it is safe for you to do so. Please make sure you fill out our pre exercise questionnaire before attending and list the injury and any details we need to know. Therefore our PT’s are able to alter any exercises you may need. You will find our PARQ within our welcome email you will receive before attending your first class. If you are currently injured, we ask that you seek professional medical support and be cleared to exercise and recieve recommendations for your limitations.

I’m currently pregnant, am I able to join?

Yes, how exciting. We would love for you to move your body with us during this time. We recommend you see a womens health physio to understand your limitations for exercise.

Do you have showers available?

We do! They are located upstairs along with our beauty bar with hair dryers and straighteners.

Do you have to be a certain age to join?

Yes, you do need to be 18 years to join. If you are younger than 18 check out our Teens classes which are programmed specifically for your age group :)
