LFA is known for being a safe & supportive gym environment. We pride our space on being a non-judgemental & inclusive environment.

We are excited to welcome all bodies into our space 3 times per week.

WEDNESDAYS
ENERGIZER (HIIT) 6:20pm
ZEN (Yoga) 7:20pm 

SATURDAYS
FEARLESS (Endurance) 9:20am  

These classes will leave you feeling strong, sweaty and empowered!   

 
 

  • DUO membership = $25 per week for 2x specific sessions.

    You can choose 2x sessions from any of the 3x all gender classes on the schedule.

    Power up with ENERGIZER (HIIT) and FEARLESS (endurance) or stretch it out with ZEN (yoga).

    Casual Class = $25 
    5 x Class Pack = $110 ($22 per session)
    10 x Class Pack = $200 ($20 per session)
    20 x Class Pack = $340 ($17 per session)
